Got my debit card and pin number now still waiting for my user id to access the account. Other banks usually put the user id in your welcome letter. Anyone from TSB monitoring this thread maybe you can suggest this to your management."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

Finally received my user id today posted on Monday 21st October 2013 when I telephoned them. Wonder what happened to the original one they sent me, probably arrive in 3 weeks time!!!"Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0
