My credit score doesn't seem to have improved since paying off the showing debts with Cabot, is this some sort of delay or am I still being judged on the fact I didn't pay them when I supposed to? I was hoping this would start to improve things, will this just take time to prove I can be trusted again?
 Regards.
Whose credit score is this? If you are talking about a score generated by Call Credit, Experian or Equifax then that score is like a broken pencil....pointless as the 3 credit reference agencies don't lend money.0

The credit score I have is from Noddle, I have reports from other credit checks (Experian) which show the same debts, but no other credit score.
Is there any way to get an accurate credit score then without actually applying for credit?0

Don't think so, in all honesty, its just a number, all lenders have different criteria for lending purposes, you may meet one lenders criteria, but not another's.
The only way to make you more attractive to lenders is to make all credit payments on time, when it comes to borrowing some look at your last 6 months history, others the last year, they are all different.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
