  • Seriously? 20%!

It's only advertised as "up to 15%" for all offers.

Yep, I'm getting up to 50%. Shame, as I don't think I'll use that one. I use my Halifax credit card mainly on Amazon and Ebay, so most of my cashback offers are for online sites only.
  • Bought a new fridge at Argos.

Got £15-74 cash back - paid for delivery and removal of old fridge.
  • If you still have the message saying offer pending, lcik on to change details in the top right hand corner then select marketing preferences. This needs ot be changed to yes otherwise the offers wont come through. My mum had the same issue with her account phoned up and was told this was why. it should update within 7-10 days and offers should then start to feed through. hth

Is this true? No offence, but sometimes I think the customer service advisors are just guessing and they don't actually know.

Has anyone else received offers when their marketing preferences are set to off/no?

My marketing preferences are all no.

My cashback extras preference has been set to yes.

So I can only assume marketing preferences is nothing to do with it.
  • I've just got two new offers: 10% Play and 10% New Look. I was hoping for Morrisons again, oh well, maybe some more will appear. :)

I've just checked mine & my new ones are 10% Play & New Look too. Well I will definitely use my card if shopping in any of the 'right' places. I suppose it could affect any shopping around too.
