Everyone else left long ago and got a better job....:rotfl:You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0

Forget the 5 minutes late-any employer that fires you by email is probably not one that you would really want to work for long term. Grossly unprofessional.
Sadly, she can have her employment terminated at any time in the first 2 years without reason being given. Her age is not relevant. However it would be expected that if she was on an 8 week trial, then the basic T&C's would have been set out to her in some form.
Once again, completely unprofessional. No free lunch, and no free laptop 0 0

A contract was formed the second she started work, just not the one they wanted her to sign, as said she is entitled to full minimum wage for every hour she worked and make sure they pay it.Be happy...;)0

just take it as a hard lesson. on a trial you got to be at your best and she slacked.
id just move on and pick up the pace in the next one.0

If they do not pay her every penny, she can ask a representative to issue a county court claim or wait until she is 18 and do it herself. Life is short, smile while you still have teeth Life is short, smile while you still have teeth 0 0

I got sacked from my weekend job in a newsagent when I was 13 for eating a penny sweet when I was transferring the big tubs into the display trays.
I thought this was pretty harsh, and still do, especially as I had been there for a year and had never been late or done anything wrong, but at the end of the day it was still theft, so I can't really argue.0
