  • Glad I give you a giggle SBO

PLMBL have you heard of SW speed soup? Apparently folks who have been eating it are losing between3-4lbs per week. Our consultant gave us the recipe last night. I'll send it to you if you want it. You are advised that an extra loo roll will be required :rotfl:

That's the new specs ordered and I gave in and admitted I was old and got varifocals. I am a wee bit worried about how I will get on with them but I am sick to death of changing specs constantly. So £194 later (actually feel quite sick with paying that) and I have new glasses and super sexy sunglasses ordered. I really don't suit specs at all but I got quite understated ones which are okay. I love my sunnies though. They are big and blingy :D

Spent £6.17 in Morrisons and £2.50 in card shop. Also spent £10 on lunch. It's expensive being off of work ! I still have dinner to pay for tonight . Never mind. YOLO and all that.

Going to tidy round as there was a tornado in my house when I was out and it's made a mess. Dunno how it got in as doors and windows were locked.

    Back laters xx

  • I've made the soup several times MiT and it's gorgeous. I also put chilli flakes in to give it a kick. You are right about the change in wind direction afterwards though :rotfl:.

Talking of wind, sorry to hear you've had one of those pesky tornadoes too. I get them quite regularly .

  • Oh I will make it tomorrow then P and look forward to it. I want to start this time with as big a weight loss as I can get. I bought 18 loo rolls so hopefully I have it covered ;)

SBO weather is to horrific down south this weekend. We'll probably still get rain and rain and rain. The yellow thing may pop out at some point but I doubt it. My back grass is nearly knee high and it has been too wet to get it cut !

Kids have both come in and asked what's for dinner. I have been horrible and said whatever you're making cos I'm off out :D

Well would join you guys on losing weight but unfortunately I have cupboards full of cake, biscuits and basically unhealthy food that I need to eat (sensibly) before I start. I don't want to throw the food out so will munch on it whilst reading how you lot are all doing. If after that I will probably be begging for the soup recipe.x

Will be cheering you on (and waving a loo roll in support :rotfl:) but not joining in this one.

I'm a lightweight 8 stone and size 8 - but I was a size 18 as a 14 year old. Successfully and sensibly dieted and exercised for 2 years to get down to a size 10, which turned into a size 8 sometime after.

I'd better budget for buying a stock of air freshener and loo rolls - looks like they'll be a run on those :rotfl:

    Good luck :D
