Good Morning folks. Been up since bright and early. Sorted out washing, did more washing. Tidied kitchen ( which I gutted yesterday ) and now doing paperwork. I have written a huge letter of complaint to the CSA which I am just e-mailing. Last September I got a letter stating my arrears were £1200 approx and just got a letter the other day saying I only had £600 (approx) arrears. This does not equate as I have had no payments since last June when I received the bumper payment. By my reckoning the arrears should be £2200 minimum. I'm not even convinced about that. Never mind. My dander is up and I will not halt until I get this sorted. I want them to arrest his wages and be ready to sell his house if he defaults, Enough's enough :rotfl:. Harsh? Yes I agree but for over 13 years I have fought for this and he has gotten away with it time and time again  Git !
So we are heading to my wee auntie's at 3pm for some food and a catch up. I'm looking forward to that. Was meant to go to mass today with my friend and then to cemetery but it is blowing a hoolie here today and it will be wild up there so I cried off. In all honesty I have a ton of stuff to sort out today and I really need to get on with it. I am a much more positive person when my life is in control and that is what I am trying to do. So no more chat for me. I'll be back later xx

House is all shiny for the first time in weeks
well except for the teenagers room but hey ho I can't have it all. Nearly all the washing is done and a humongous pot of soup is bubbling away in the slow cooker. Smells fab.
Been doing some research on prices tonight. I dunno about you guys but I spend loads on loo roll, kitchen roll, bin bags, hand wash etc so I have been looking at buying in bulk. I have some storage space under my stairs so I could get them and put them away. Now supermarkets average about 40p per roll for decent loo roll ( as I've decided that cheap stuff is just a waste of money). You can buy in bulk for about 25p per roll but I am just nervous about going for it. This is the problem about living alone. This company also sell bulk boxes of laundry powder which seem a great bargain. I can't find any reviews about them so am wary. Company is called loorolls.com, Has anyone heard of them? They sell through Amazon
Had a lovely wee day with the family. Managed to do an hour of study as well but will need to do a couple of hours each night this week as I will need to do my assessment next weekend. I have a good idea of what I am going to do for it but just need to get it done.
Work tomorrow. No holidays booked until end of May but think I'll need to see if I can sort out a long weekend before then if possible. Busy week ahead but that's what I like. Spent £12.50 today on nothing to be honest. A lot of junk food and nowt else. Feel as if I am on a mission to eat everything before Tuesday. I am actually looking forward to getting back to healthy eating and have been looking tonight at veg and fruit boxes. They are both £10 but really good value and also get delivered to your door. I would need the fruit box every week but would manage with a veg box every 2 weeks or could get a salad box every 2nd week. I'm such a dither and can never make my mind up. I'll defo get both boxes this week though and see how I like them. Please tell me though if any of you buy in bulk and how you get on with that xx

Just ordered a veg box and also a fruit box. The company also had a 5kg box of chicken breasts available for £25. If DD and I are starting slimming world again then we will use tonnes of chicken and this is proper butcher chicken. so £45 in all but fresh and delivered to my door. Fruit and veg boxes will do us all week at least and chicken will do us all month. Quite excited about it really.
I am doubtful that I will reduce my overdraft at all this month. Too many things have happened that have cost me money. Also not been on track mentally due to sickness and bereavement BUT I am hopefully getting it together now and just need to make sure I plan better for next month as I will not get any money from DD mid month as her wages are now going to be the 28th of the month instead of the 15th. Never mind I'm sure my ex will pay the £400+ that he is to pay so I'll be alright :rotfl:

I have access to makro and take advantage of their laundry and loo roll offers as these tend to be good value but do require storage. If you check out their website, I think they do delivery to non card holders so that may be an option. Alternatively, you may wish to split costs and share out bulk buy with a family member. My sister and I do this especially if it's a buy one get one free on a monster sized pack of loo rollsMortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. INOD Makro is miles away from me but next time I will look and see about delivery.
RR always aware lol but similarly always skint!!
So veg and fruit boxes now delivered and must say I am delighted. The quality is fabulous and we definitely have enough fruit and veg for a week anyway. Chicken is awesome. Every breast had a fillet attached so I have taken these off and frozen them separately. They will be brilliant for stir frys etc.
I have ordered 108 toilet rolls from e-bay for £18.70 My brother and my friend are chipping in with me. Cost will be £6.20 ish each for 36 rolls. That'll do me for a couple of months anyway. Next month I might get the enormous washing powder and fabric softener. The loo roll works out at about 20p per roll. It might end up rubbish but for that price I am wiling to take a chance. So I have ordered it for everyone and I get the nectar points :j
So slimming club tomorrow night and I will pay 6 weeks in advance as this saves me a weeks subscription and will encourage me to go. DD and I will get a menu done tomorrow night so we are organised until next weekend and I will get the majority of the stuff in. Am really going to try and cut back to the bone in March as I have overspent this month and I cannot afford to do that again. Debt will go down but not as quick as I want it to.
So a small fortune spent today. £18.70 on toilet rolls. £45 on fruit, veg and chicken but no other spends.

I had a weekly mixed fruit & veg box delivered for a couple of years and loved it. It actually saved me money as I wasn't popping in to the shops to grab veg and spending an arm & a leg on other stuff while I was there.
It also improved what we were eating as it was seasonal and made me more creative in the kitchen. Occasionally had to make soup to use stuff up or freeze some if we hadn't been able to use it.
I only stopped it because they wanted you to agree to a minimum weekly spend of £20 - a bit of a hike from £9 for the small boxSo I told them to stick it….and then found out the other local suppliers were £12+ a week! Ho hum
