My options of choice would be.
Charge existing battery / new battery and try again.
Nissan Micra forums
Local garage if you can get it to one
mobile auto electrician if you can't
Nelson Mandella
Nissan Main Dealer
Pretty much use the main dealer as the last option as they'll pull your pants down on price.0 -
lol I haven't laughed as much. so u reckon try the battery then try the immobiliser?0
-
well... it's probably the immobiliser and it could be the fact the battery is proper flat, that's causing it.0

My partners sister had a similar problem with her 03 Micra 1.2, she has the keyless start one. We bumped it in reverse, once it had a bit of charge in the battery and took it for a run, been fine since.0

hi just tried the battery and its now fully charged but still nothing happening. am gonna send it to the scrap yard I think.lol0
-
Do you get any noises when you try to turn it over?0
-
nope not from the engine there is a wee noise coming from a relay at the fuse box.0
-
With someone turning the key, trying to start it, thump the starter with a nice wooden broom handle. Sounds like the starter is stuck.0
-
Wouldn't the bump start have sorted that?
Coil pack?0
