    Dog walked
Washing out on line to dry or pretending to
Shoes and boots waterproofed ready to go
Hair pretreatment applied and hair mask done, almost at the end of the massive tub of pre treatment which is a hangover from my skincare TV shopping addiction days.Boy, will I be pleased when that is used up and gone!

    Coffee break time at home!

Then onto cleaning 1 kitchen cupboard out - going to do one a week and can only face a small one today! Then its onto photographing for eBay and hoover and tidy up then sort those postage costs out for listing this afternoon.

I had a little read of another challenge to reduce your DFD. Mine is set at Oct 2017 including my first estimate of how long it would take to pay off the long term loan and also including the loan due to be paid off in September 2014 with 8 payments left to pay and its repaid after 72 long months. There is no way I'll take a loan out again for this length of time.I was in a bad financial place at that time and the money had run out.It took another 48 months before the penny really dropped and thank goodness it has!

I think I can reduce the DFD to 2016 by my calculations taking off 10 months at this stage. If I stick to the plan I'll be able to knock some more months off. Which reminds me that when I told mum yesterday about the antique centre initial quote she told me I could use the money to put into my loan settlement account. What a great mum! And it goes to show how important it is to share with the people around you you l love. If I hadn't told her she might not have suggested this to me. As I have told her all my plans, repayments and the rest she knows what is going on and I'm really pleased I took that step as not only did I get a new piggy bank for Christmas that really made me smile I also get some more funds for the loan settlement which I am grateful for. Brilliant support and much needed and I really appreciate

With some renewed vigour to get this loan paid off asap and to get some more disposable income freed up from debt repayments I will alter the DFD to December 2016. Still a way to go but hey better than 2039 which is where the date currently stands and 23 years early will be a pretty amazing result.

I'm in the middle of listing on eBay - 11 items listed and a total of 45 items on there now about another 8-10 to go!

Photographed all items to go on this weekend
Did clean the grubby tea and coffee cupboard out! Yeah!
Quick wipe down of the kitchen cupboards and appliances
    Hoovered
Shred not being done today as I am aching big style after yesterday - will see how I am tomorrow as should have time as tea will be leftovers and can get it done while tea cooks

Just need to finish those listings then pamper myself and my untidy nails ready for the new job start tomorrow

How could I forget? Transferred £10 from payPal to the bank account on route to the loan settlement account

Up to 48 items now listed - 14 today and that's it for today. Phew, still a big list to work through next time around. i hope I've worked out the postage right this time as there are some heavy items and it will cost me a lot if I haven't. Should be ok as I've used the RM website for estimates.

    Phew!

NSD 5 today after not going to any shops today and of course no clothes spend day 5 too

All ready to go for tomorrow after I've eaten rather lovely chicken casserole with cobbler topping, a nice way to use up the drumsticks in the freezer. Also made apple crumble using apples prepped and frozen. Nice!

    Thanks!

I've completed Shred once, Ripped in 30 once and also Extreme Shed and Shred once. I love them and my legs feel like they do serious exercise yesterday! Not surprised after 5 months off, hoping to do another day either tomorrow or tues and build it up again slowly

  • Fedupandskint, well done so far. I too became credit card free earlier today. First took a credit card in 1991 and mixture of small purchases and holidays etc it soon was out of control. Just paid off that last of £30000. What a relief. Can now use this money to good use and determined NEVER to be in this situation again.

    Keep the fitness up.

Argh the 30 day Shred is evil! I've never made it past day 2.
How nice of the e3ay buyer though :) seeing as e3ay take a cut of postage now i've decided on giving all my items free delivery and starting the price a bit higher - whether this will make items sell better or worse i don't know.

Well done Gym Addict! It feels amazing when the credit cards have gone. I was in the same position as you and it was a relief when I paid them off AND closed them down this year. Never ever again for me too

    Hi Jonesy, I love Shred!

It was very nice of that eBay buyer considering how much postage and fees have gone up this year
