Crazy clothes challenge all updated with plenty of people signing up to give it a go.

eBay parcel posted and got stung by postage for heavier than can go by 2nd class - oh dear, never mind though it left me a bit short for the food shop so had to be very strict and stick to my yogs and choc mousses only coming in at 61p today.

Glad I'm not working late tonight and have half a day there tomorrow and hoping to get back before the tent is delivered.

Banking checks all done and all on track. We had a little chat about bank balances today after Christmas and how scared some were of checking the balances.Well that was me for about 20 years but for the last year I now know exactly what goes out and when and although this month will be very tight indeed I should make it to stay in credit.Amazing to think this as its only the 2nd of Jan!

Really pleased, managed to get back from work in time for the delivery of my tent. If really did arrive for the price, surprised but happy! Looking forward to spring now to try it out. Thinking now I will buy one thing per month of equipment I need starting with an air bed next month.

What else? Rang the bank to follow up the message I received about CPP and have raised the complaint about this. Should be receiving letter about the charges shortly, not holding out much hope about this refund.

Managed to get some washing dry this morning and then stuck done more out this afternoon but it's looking decidedly grey out there now.

Have also rung the antiques centre to see if the will buy some of the pieces in the box upstairs. Will take some in and then photo the rest so I'd better get on with that!

It's s NSD today making it number 3 and also no clothes spend day 3, I left my purse at home to not feel tempted to spend as I don't have many spare pennies left this month! I'm determined not to go into my overdraft so it's going to take an iron will and determination but I'm up to the challenge!

Thanks dfw and the same to you too!

I've just ordered a new bike helmet and mudguards ready to use when I start using the bike to commute using the money I saved for my new bike. Now I'm not buying one I've set a £100 budget for new helmut, mudguards and tyres and lights maximum amount to cover these costs. these were very well priced in the bike shop sale so its not too much from the budget (£30 for all).

When I cycle to work I will save the money not used for transport separately as I will need this at other times when I have to travel for work later this year.

Photos taken for tomorrow and also relisted unsold items on eBay again with more to list this weekend. One item sold today which is always good news and the craft boxes are going to the charity shop collection on monday with a few other items to continue the declutter procedure!

That was a successful walk up to town and back, firstly exercise of course from walking! Secondly posted eBay sale and thirdly took the photos in to show in the Antiques shop and they are interested in some of the items and I'm taking them in next Friday for a look and an offer if all goes well.

The rest they are not interested in will try in another shop and then eBay but if over half go that's a good result. I'll have a word with mum about who keeps the money and if I get any it will go into my loan settlement account as every little bit helps of course.

Rain has calmed down herb but its a horribly grey day so not much happening.I'll take more photos for eBay this afternoon ready for listing and see what other jobs need doing today. Looks a quiet weekend here but that's ok with me as next week will be very busy indeed!

Thought it was time to get my creaky legs back into action after 5 months away from exercise after knee infection, chest infection, tooth infection, root canal and 3 lots of antibiotics in 3 months.

At last I feel like doing some exercise other than walking which I've kept up during the last 5 months at it was important for me not to sit still for all that time. So out I dragged my trainers weights and gear once again to complete level 1 30 Day Shred and happily it wasn't too bad - phew. Slightly creaky legs now though!

Went to try my outdoor coat on once again and this time it fitted perfectly and I was very happy with it.Must have been the frantically crowded shop last week that put me off. So I ordered it in the colour I wanted nice and bright rather than dull and dark so the Christmas money is used up for this and it should arrive next week.

At the same time went to price up a new fire/stove etc and had a shock at the prices in the shop and also was ignored and everyone else was served first despite the fact I was there before them, never mind, doesn't bother me as there are other places to look. This is going to be expensive so I need to be sure it's the right one.

jobs done today include tidying up more from the garden including something rather strange thats appeared, in fact, I think I now know what it was, a band of one of the half barrels that appeared on the fence. No idea how it ended up there, if someone threw it or what? In the bin now with other stuff as its extra bin collection week. Then took more photos for eBay to list tomorrow, that listing collection is growing again!

As the coat and lights were paid for out of the collective budgets of bike and Christmas money, eBay parcel paid for by buyer, I can claim today as NSD 4.

Almost forgot the buyer from earlier this week whose parcel cost way more than expected got in touch to pay the extra postage costs as her parcel was much more than she expected. How nice and very thoughtful :A

    Today's plans are
    Hoover
    Empty all bins
    Photograph more items for eBay
    List all items on eBay
    Weigh correctly for postage
    Make casserole and pud
    Long dog walks
Day 2 shred if legs aren't too achy, they feel like I've been for a long run and have woken up at last!
Make sure work stuff is ready
Paint nails, hair mask and face mask.

I'm sure there is something else!
