    Whats the point of this reply wow wow wow. Yet again the comments that are not needed. Only asking if anyone else having probs dealing with them. Ppl advising to call ppl advising to call into branch. I cant get into branch due to working so i shall call them and perhaps may be able to sort the issue. Ppl do really love to use quotes on here. So whats the point of your reply? None.. Yup thought so.

    So, you've had a letter telling you what they need, you've phoned them and they said go to a branch, and you're now going to ring them again ? What is wrong with Moneyineptitudes reply ? You seem to expect them to just accept your word. Why do you think they'll do that ?
