I would advise anyone to give sky a wide berth. Having huge problems cancelling my service with them. The sky forum is full of similar complaints and they blatantly breech their own terms and conditions. I have had a sky package without event for around 10 years therefore was totally unprepared for the difficulty trying to leave. Shocked. Never had an experience like it in my life. Using their complaints route currently - but not having much luck getting them to respond - you have to wait 8 weeks to be able to get ombudsman involved.0
