I love Soy sauce, I often use it in casseroles and chills instead of salt. Gives a deeper flavour IMO.
OP - fear not, I made the biggest, fairly dreadful turkey casserole last winter (bit too much soup lentils to also make it stretch but just tasted a bit bleugh and was too thick for my liking) Although I did get a bit sick of the flavour, by June i think I'd used my last batch by adding small portions to other dishes.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
