    I'm very happy to "pay" a days wages to have a day out with them. I've always been of the opinion that if you're in a union you follow the union but am perfectly happy to accept that other teachers won't strike.

    ATL & co are entitled to their view. However , they are entitled to revise the benefits fought for by others.

    I think most teachers will do extra to ensure exam classss don't miss out.
