Great stuff roxy :j
Well I bagged up all the washing, put the wm on, cleared clutter from the landing, hoovered the landing and then the Hoover broke! It keeps chewing through belts. There's a feint aroma of plastic!
Landing looks better. Just gutted I won't be able to do the stairs til later.
Off to check the fire alarms. Don't skip this. Because of this thread I realised neither alarm was working before.
And do some dusting.

My list: Ironing. WM on, may be able to hang out later. Hope to cut lawn if it dries. Sew on DS's cub badge as it's coming loose. Sanding/filling/painting upstairs on banisters and upstairs doors. Make a start in our bedroom as the decorating stuff has exploded all over our floor.
May add more/do less. I'll see how I get on
5 things for October: Get hair cut, so out A/L for this year and next, get car fixed. Car is in garage. Asked about A/L the other day, just need to chase forms and see when I'm in on Friday. Am housebound so can't get hair done yet.
DH asked to fetch another smoke alarm this evening as one is broken.
