  • Fingers crossed lilmiss.

It is frustrating how our bodies like to play tricks on us and get our hopes up.

I think I've decided this month Im not going to use opks- I don't want to put too much pressure on myself or oh- plus if I have another long cycle they would be a waste anyway.

    Thanks ladies.

Still no sign of AF. If shes not here by end of work tomorrow I will buy a test as need to test before our appointment!

FF actually thinks I am 2 days late but I think I ovulated a day later than it does.

Eek keeping everything crossed for you lilmissmup!

ThinkPink, I think not using OPKs is a good call. I almost wish I hadn't started it as it just stresses me out :(

As for me, my temp has risen this morning, though I know it takes three days of elevated temps to confirm ov. But I haven't had any positive OPKs. Although I didn't test on Tuesday. Also haven't had any ewcm. I suppose logically I know it is most likely I am just a bit warmer this morning, not that it is a sign of ov, but I am still getting my hopes up :(

Can anyone help - does this look like a positive opk? I have never seen the line as dark as this so I am thinking it is?

I know exactly what you mean! My husband is actually pretty ill (not just man flu!) with a bad ear infection but he is not at home tonight so last night we still did the deed. Neither of us really wanted to but I thought it was quite an important time of month. Actually, it was a bit of a shame. I think it is the first time it has ever been completely functional and neither of us have really been in the mood, and it feels a bit sad that that is what you need to do!
