We're not all the same, fortunately.

Our service industries are not based in a Turkish bazarr, where you go through a bartering ritual when you conduct business.

Companies get one bite of the cherry with me, and it would appear i'm not alone.

Attempt to fleece me, a loyal and permanent customer, when respected, and they NEVER see another penny of my money as long as i draw breath.

Its another symptom of our here today gone tomorrow dog eat dog dishonourable modern society, which some of us don't wish to support.

As its my money and so far i've still got a bit left after the govt of the day has pilferred most, I'll decide on business custom and behaviour as much as anything else who to spend it with.

I agree completely. I don't want to live in a Bazaar Society.

    Green Flag are the same.

I've just had a renewal quote from them which included a "no claims discount" yet when I checked online as a new customer the price was significantly cheaper. I rang them up and they instantly agreed to match the online quote.
  • My OH had been with AA for three years got his renewal in and it was over £100. He looked about on the net, RAC was £12 cheaper.

    He called the AA

They wouldnt budge on the price he had been given and told him to go to RAC if it was cheaper

    Hows that for customer service
