    Mrs TM - I'm so sorry x
    Code - hugs
All the PUPO ladies - I've got everything crossed!! :-)

AFM - deep in adoption forms. Been in my current job 5 months so almost enough time to qualify for adoption leave ;) I'm still not 100% certain but I do know it's not time for me to stop yet.

Chickpea - how're you doing?? xx

Hi Onestep - thanks for asking, I am OK! Only OK mind you, been a bit sick the last few days. Nothing major, just a bit of a cold. Banging headache too - too much smartphone use, isn't that awful. I need to impose limits..!

Still had to force myself into work this week though (which is a whole separate nightmare..! Interviews coming up. Ah well - I can only control what I can control.)

I didn't know you had a newish job - is it going OK? Will you also qualify for pre-adoption leave? I think some employers offer up to 5 days for sorting out formalities, arrangements, as well as subsequent adoption leave. If it gets that far that is, I know you are still reserved about it. Adoption worries me too, there's such a lot to think about.

I wish I could just walk up to a baby shop and pick one.

I'm mid-2ww, but my diet hasn't been terrific latterly, so not feeling optimistic. I need vitamin D - might be time to book a holiday!

My original EDD for MMC is on the horizon - not sure I'll be too sad, it all feels like a distant memory in the meantime.

Have a good weekend onestep and everyone else!

Thank you t2d. I am still reading here, never stopped. I care far too much about all of you wonderful ladies to ever stop reading this thread. I don't really know if I'll belong in the ttc thread or this thread when we can start trying again. I have no idea what to expect my body really to do at the moment, but I have a follow up appointment in 6-8 weeks to make sure everything is ok.

So sorry to hear about what happened, Mrs_T_M. Life is so cruel sometimes, I can only wish you luck with TTC in the future, hopefully in the near future.

OMG congratulations T2D. That is the most fantastic news, I can't even express how wonderful that is. You deserve it!!!
All good things come to those to wait. Just some people wait a lot longer than others.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

Yay. So much exciting news. Our BFP list is rivalling the other board at the moment!
Thinking of everyone starting this stressful journey at the moment, and wtdn I have everything crossed for you.

I've not managed to get to the go this week because of work so have missed my clomid prescription for this month. Oh well, another month's delay on this journey doesn't seem to excite me anymore.
  • Congratulations t2d!!! So pleased for you, gives me sooooo much hope

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Just had a bit of a heart to heart with DH after having a bit of an emotional meltdown, and told him how terrified I am of the whole process and especially if we go through it all and it doesn't work, and I think I feel a bit better now. Or I did until I looked at facebook and my sister in law was simpering about how she's feeling lots of kicks this morning. She would feel another one if I lived closer to her :fume:
