Sorry, my point was that you weren't asking about the fuel, but about the house price, and people on that board will be more knowledgeable about that.0

Yeh I get what you meant but I was more talking about posting in here because people on the 'Utility' board may have more of a clue as to how it works because they might have had one installed themselves and then subsequently sold and might have a better idea of how it affects the price! Not from all the reports I've read. They usually say wood is about 200 cheaper a year, excluding the stove and install costs.0
