Thank you, and I was writing my last post when you posted so didn't see it until after. I am at work now, but will have a good look in the morning and hopefully get this sorted. I was accused of trying to intimidate someone into paying their parking charge in another thread.0

This is the usual advice I give to all the people who post about small claims (to be fair there are LOADS of other threads you could read about it!). Any way you have to acknowledge the claim then send a skeleton defence as explained in these links on this pepipoo thread I posted as SRM:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=82744&st=0&gopid=862298
And of course ALSO complain very assertively to the Hospital about this harassment, and to 'PALS' as explained in post #3 of the 'successful complaints' sticky thread:

Why write in this aggressive manner to those from whom you seek help.
You read nothing in May that directed you to read old posts.
Just as no-one accused you of intimidation or working for any parking company.
Your first post was today.
So I shall be kind as you're new.
I suggest that it is you who need to chill out.
You just need to slow down, and take on board the good advice you are receiving.
Attitude change needed, perhaps.0 -
I already addressed the attitude, and apologised, also I was accused of trying to intimidate someone into paying their PCN and was told it was my job to do so as I was paid to do it, it was on another thread. I did read a post back in May that said to read through posts to avoid reposting.0

KM - which hospital?
If it's North Tyneside, Wansbeck or Hexham then see a thread entitled Mr McDonald, then follow the links in it and contact Annie Laverty at the trust.0 -
It was Sunderland General hospital.0

you should go see a solicitor.0

I'd be ringing the number listed here and see if you can salvage things by contacting the right person at the hospital;

you should go see a solicitor.
Don't be ridiculous this is the small claims, solicitors costs will probably be more than the claim itself! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

you should go see a solicitor.
Hence your username then? You do not consult a solicitor over a small claim, not unless you have access to legal advice for free (such as from a Union, or house/car insurance policy, special bank account etc.).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
