How desperate are Toluna getting? (Vivatic)

I too have been waiting since 26th October, in my case for £60 worth of Amazon vouchers. I queried the situation on 2nd Dec and got the usual bland reply that they were dealing with the matter. What really annoyed me was that on the same day I got a general email from them headed "New rewards at Toluna, just in time for Christmas!" - in my experience there is absolutely no chance that anyone claiming on 2nd December would receive their reward before Christmas 2013 but, of course, on reflection they don't actually specify which Christmas!

I have done some of the Toluna surveys on Vivatic and have not been credited it's about 5/6 pounds.Toluna owe me £45 pound sin Amazon vouchers i'm complaining every day but getting nowhere Valued opinions redeem instantly and other sites in 24 -48 hours.

Don't complain every day, they might decide that you were 'abusive' and close your account.

Complain every week, and remember don't give them any more of your time.

I'm still waiting for my £15 Amazon voucher ordered on 1st June and having contacted them have received the usual automated reply. On checking my account over a week ago it was shown as 'processing' but I'm now unable to log into my account as it won't accept my e-mail and password, despite these being the same as they've always been. I've contacted them again and got yet another standardised reply. I've also commented on their Facebook page but had no response. I've never had problems with other survey sites, most of which send vouchers within a few days, some as quickly as a couple of hours.
