I have been waiting for my Love To Shop Voucher for three months now. I ordered another one at the weekend, so I am wondering if they will send them both together (when they finally get around to sending them at all that is!) or will I have to wait just as long for the next one? :(

This is really unacceptable; keeping people waiting for so long. I wrote to them a month ago and got the usual platitudes about 'Realising how hard people work for their vouchers and that they would 'Contact their Incentives Department', etc .etc., but have heard no more form them since. I am writing to them again and sending copies to others (I assume higher up the management chain, like Avner Erez) but I know one thing, I am not doing any more Toluna Surveys until I get my vouchers!

I am concerned that they may be in financial trouble and that's the reason for these even longer than usual delays in sending vouchers out. Perhaps they are stringing us along and have no intention of sending any more rewards out at all! :(

I wonder if the UK Trading Standards could help with this sort of problem with a company like Toluna and their practices?

The issue the UK trading standards have is that Toluna is French

So it has been tried then? What about being in the EU? Or is it a case, like everything else it seems to me, that it's a one-sided business, us having to bend over backwards to accommodate them, while they do nothing to accommodate us?

I placed an order for one on 31st July and it's still processing. Apparently they're looking into it.
Finally got my vouchers today, although it still says 'processing' on my account page.

  • Well, It's been more than three months since I applied for my Love To Shop voucher and I've ordered another since. Still no sign. I've given up writing to them. Apart from the one, standard reply full of the usual platitudes, I've heard nothing more! I've done no more surveys and when (if) I get my vouchers, I am resigning. It's all too much trouble!

I've also received £15 Love2Shop vouchers today from Toluna.

I think they were ordered on 7 October, although I lost some of my earlier records, therefore unsure.

Waiting for another three lots of vouchers ordered later than L2S.
  • At last! I received my voucher today - I ordered it on 15th July! I really thought they might send the further voucher I ordered on 5th October as well, but I thought wrong! Oh well, I suppose I shall have to wait another three months for that too!
  • Well they've finally given me enough of my outstanding points (from July no less) for me to oder and amazon voucher yesterday.

Now I have to start the waiting game. I wonder if I'll have it in time for Christmas!

I rarely to their requests, but did yesterday, as the email offered double points. However, after trying about six of the ones offering 20000+ and being rejected after lots of questions, I gave up.

One of the other sites paid me about £45 in points, last month for trialling a product and taking part in a survey forum.

YouGov is good as it sends lots of surveys, which are usually varied, quick and easy to work through. Though often rejected (after I feel I've almost finished the survey, sometimes) by other sites, this one has allowed me to complete and paid a reward mainly in money points, but occasionally in lucky draw entries.
