That's more likely! We always had to wait a very long time for points as well as vouchers, but this is ridiculous! Toluna are getting worse and worse!

Finally got my Love 2 Shop voucher at some point this week.
Although I'm 1000 points shy at cashing out with an odeon voucher, so might tick over with the quick polls until I hit 60K.0 -
They have added some more retailers at the £10 for 60,000 point mark. I would say the existing £15 for 80,000 will be axed under a "get rewarded faster" banner.
Faster yes, but points watered down some more.

Anyhow, I logged in this evening to do the polls, to find an extra 2000 points added, taking me over the 60K target, so I've cashed out with a Sainsburys gift-voucher, so as soon as that arrives, goodbye Toluna!0 -
Still no sign of my voucher but then its only been a month!! Best wait at least a few more weeks before i start getting irriated0

Six weeks today since i ordered it and its still processing. Am I allowed to get agitated yet?
They really are dreadful. I've got about 7000 points now from old surveys plus anohter 8000 outstanding but I'm going to let them go. Maybe I'll get some gifties with them (same as letting them go really but you never know I suppose)0 -
Better still just redeemed everything but 500 points on their help for the phillipines campaign (65 vouchers at 100 points each!!). Want to keep a few points to keep the account active.
Most likely the Phillipines will have rebuilt themselves and had an economic boom before Toluna actually hand the money over but hey at least I've tried I'm certanly not using them for anything else0 -
I'm currently owed £45 by toluna and i'm nagging them everyday to send me my vouchers without any success next step is to report them to BBC watchdog don't know of it will do any good. There now on vivatic iv'e done a few surveys and i have not been credited for it.The other very annoying thing has anyone else had this completing 99% of a survey and getting kicked the reason not having the right profile its like they get the info they want and kick o off so they don't have to pay.0
