Thank you so much! That has helped me greatly as I feel like my brain is mush most days. Just having that to work from meant it organised my thoughts. I have entered that as a defence with some tweaking and adjusting of course.
Now we hopefully have some time to get the missing CAB caseworker to arrange something.0 -
