This shutdown is just a sideshow and a distraction and terms like "left" and "right" are irrelevant.

It is "the system" which is broken.

the righties are saying there is no money to fund obamacare - the lefties won't budge.

in fact, contrary to belief, i am a fan of the nhs and think the us would benefit from obamacare.

what i don't like is the waste in the public sector, the refusal for anyone to accept blame for anything, the entitlement attitude, and benefit scroungers living a lifestyle as good as, if not better than lots of people who work.

i don't see what is wrong with that?
