Phones.co.uk/Asdamobiles guarantee of legit mobile?
Hi all,
I'm in the last month of my contract with 3 and like a lot of people am more than happy with the service and my tarif but unforthunately to get the Galaxy S4 that i want i need to pay an extra £12 / month which i don't have going into my account.
Currently i only use 300 minutes 300 texts and 1gb data tops but the lowest one i can move to is massively above that and i don't see why i should pat for what i'll never use. In saying that i don't mind using money from the sale/recycling of my S2 +possible cashback and a bit on top to pay some upfront.
On phoning 3 several times they offer me exactly the same each time in either a S4 mini, a hawaue ascend 2 or sim only - none of which is what i'm after! - so i used the tool on here and found a deal for 300 mins 500 texts 3gb data for £22 with £189 upfront, other than the pain of transferring my number twice to move it from one 3 account to another this seemed perfect.
I've today phoned 3 to get my PAC code ready to end my current contract where he broke down how much 3 would make if they gave me that deal questioning if the phones on offer are legit and what problems can arise further down the line if theres any problems with them.
Ok so having said all that my question is whether or not anyone knows if there is a likelyhood that phones.co.uk or asdamobilephones do in fact supply grey market mobiles and if this would mean i'd be getting an inferior product ?
I used affordable mobiles when i bought my S2 2 years back and everything seemed spot on.
Thanks for any info.

Three are notorious for telling lies to their leaving customers.
Don't know abut phones.co.uk, but I am 100% sure that Asdamobile don't sell grey import.0 -
Great thanks.
Only thing looking at this now is whether AsdaMobile (seems to be sim offers for Asda network) and xxx.asdamobilephones.com/ (do phones/tariffs for all networks) are actually same company ??0 -
I think it's similar to TescoMobile (network) and TescoPhoneShop0
