    Hello all!

I'm reducing my stash list by 4 items, I've decided not to count sun cream any more, any carrying over until next year now won't get used again until March at the absolute earliest, and I don't want it to negatively affect my stash count! :D

Good evening, foul wet day here, do hope that it has been better where you live.

Does anyone who drops in here cycle or run in the colder months? I am looking for recommendations to protect my sensitive skin as later in the week I take delivery of my new electrically assisted bicycle. I can no longer walk any great distance because of an on-going problem with my ankle and my anaemia means I don't have enough puff to ride a conventional bike. I am really looking forward to getting out into the countryside again, but not looking forward to being wind burnt:eek:
OH planning to watch a film, so off for a nice long wallow in the bath:D

Oh it's horrid here too, really depressing weather!

I would say any thicker cream, possibly one with an SPF in it as they tend to protect skin a bit more generally, how about.....

Vitamins to keep your skin nice and it's thick enough to protect you I think, don't forget something to protect your eyes and lips either! Sunnies and some serious lip balm!

  • Firstly the UU:

Sure deo spray - WBA DH HG

Boots nail polish remover - did the job but prefer Cutex so WNBA

Clarins pink clay mask - this was nice to use - this didnt dry so didnt give the feeling of removing a layer of skin on removal. I have a few more sample tubes to try before deciding if I would buy again.

S&G bubble bath - Repurposed the last bit to wash my DD's conkers! As Ive previously mentioned ive had S&G overindulgence so although pleasant WNBA. Still have several to go.

    TA
collection of 12 part used lipglosses and grim looking lipbalms from my DD's various handbags and purses.

    And now for the ins:

    4 korres shower gel
12 item sample pack free gift with purchase.
    6 items from Glossybox
    7 its from bzz agent.
    No more buying toiletries

I have two cardboard boxes full of Xmas scrubs lotions and potions which I have never used! So rather than bin them I am going to make
    time to enjoy them.

Is it MSE esk to buy a bottle of wine each time?

Hi Pink Ali and welcome! :j
Well probably not very MSE with the wine, but a good insentive! :D
    Cheers!
An NBI for me... Mystery parcel in the post, containing Toni and Guy Shine Gloss Serum 30ml. Must have clicked on a freebie or something, there's no note!
I must tell you about an in I have that I don't count (it's perfume). I popped into Lush to wave all the Christmas things at my boyfriend and one of my friends who works there came over and showed me her Honey I Washed the Kids solid perfume! It's only made in Japan, but a friend brought it over for her, and before I knew it, she'd cut a little bit off for me, the lovely girl. Feeling so loved! :) (And also smelling awesome, it's my favourite Lush scent)

Oh...my...god! *grabs coat and heads for Japan* I need to get me some of that! Lucky you!
I also haven't counted perfumes in my stash, I have a LOT! And I like to use several at once. Right now I'm using Karma, American Cream, Rose Jam and Creamy Candy. I have some Tramp perfume in my stash though, now THAT is a rareity, I got given it by a factory worker who got it from a dicon sale that they do for Poole staff. So SO lucky :-)
It was really nice and relaxing! :) Thanks for the good wishes :)
And I wish I was your Freecycler, I love Tuca Tuca and Jackie Oates!
Awww sorry if I'd known I would have posted them to you. The lady that came to collect was very odd apparently...Thats what my OH said anyway, She didn't even say Thanks apparently!! Some people...ah well, at least they are gone.

  • We had a couple of spiders in our bath a couple of weeks ago though - one ate the other, and left the legs behind. My housemate killed the eater, but left the legs and I'm too scared to touch them! Such a waste... :rotfl:

Ewwwwww! Right, get a big wodge of damp tissue, scoop them up quickly and chuck them straight in the bin. Then the bath is yours!! :D

    Evening

BS ginger shampoo 400ml WBA HG it seems to be the only shampoo that my scalp likes. I am very tempted to try co washing I get a really itchy scalp and have tried so many shampoos including SLS free and none seem to help.

Lush Lord of Misrule ballistic WBA lovely scent and I could smell it on my skin hours after.

Lord of misrule is great isnt it?! :)
The ginger shampoo sounds really nice. I get quite a sensitive scalp too, I use blousey but it makes my hair quite oily, and soak and float which I don't like the smell that much. Have you tried either of those? If the ginger shampoo is better I can see an IN coming my way... :-D
Planned use ups. (Project Pan?) I really must use up my Lush Seanik solid shampoo. I just did a thread search to see when I bought it and it was October 2011.
I do like solid shampoos, but I am in a bit of a huff with Lush. They won't miss a fiver or two from me when it's gone. About half the bar has gone so far. It is a good shampoo but two years suggests I've not used it as often as I should have.
Why the huff? Are they planning on discontinuing it? i know there is a HUGE disconn list coming but I have no clue what will be on it really :(
Good luck with using it up, they take FOREVER! :)

A-HA! Do they really help? I might start taking them. I have problems with hormonal breakouts :(
