Weirdly enough Hominu, when I was sorting out the DRO with the CAB the advisor told me that the internet was now classed as 'essential' as secondary school's make their pupils complete homework on the internet. I know this to be true as my closest's friends daughter is 15 and she had a meltdown when her mum switched providers and was without bb for only 2 days as she thought she would fail her coursework!!0

Neighbours/friends/libraries/schools with internet?0

Schools expecting parents to pay for internet access is asking a bit too much IMO. They can't fail a child for not having such access - they must provide the access if it is needed, and I wouldn't expect any requirements to do it out of hours (so asking someone to stay behind after school so they can do home work in unrealistic in my view). Heck, I would say it also would be unrealistic to expect them to have a PC unless the school were prepared to offer them one to take home.0

Going back to the purpose of the original topic. Im sure loads of people take the pee out of banks and PDLs when cancelling authorities knowing full well what they are doing.0

Yes jackjones I'm sure there are a few people that do take the p!ss but there are also lots of people who get into all sorts of trouble because they don't realise/haven't read smallprint regarding CPA's when applying for PDL's. PDL's pray on the desperate and vulnerable who see it as a lifeline as it is impossible to get any other kind of credit to help them out of the !!!!.0

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/ says
to pray: To utter or address a prayer or prayers to God, a god, or another object of worship
to prey:
1. To hunt, catch, or eat as prey
2. To victimize or make a profit at someone else's expense
3. To plunder or pillage0 -
Sorry but what does that mean?0

they're correcting your spelling of prey/pray.0

This will be good if it gets introduced:
• The number of attempts a payday lender can take money out of a borrower's account using a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) should be limited to two
