Same with me - it depends on the title of the post and if i recognise the website. I usually scan through the OP for info and i usually have a look to see if there are other replies saying it's SPAM or something!!0
-
I'm much the same - I tend to go from the title and then a quick scan to make sure it's not spam. I'm really bad at not looking at the t/c's.Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts - DFW Nerd 323

I'll read the OP to check I'm not going to win a 7 year stint with the French Foreign Legion or something. Thoroughly is probably a bit strong though.
I never post here though.0 -
i'm not a reader i dont even read terms and condtions0

Like others I have a 2 stage process.
1 - is the prize something I'd like to win?
if yes, then click to open, otherwise just ignore.
2 - is the OP someone I trust?
If yes, then I just scan the to see if there is any bold/ coloured text as the OP will highlight anything important.
If no, then read the OP fully, check out the website (especially if its a newbie OP), then decide whether its worth entering. From MSE Martin - Some General Tips On Holiday Home Organisations and Sales Meetings

I always enter your comps kipper unless its signing up to news letters i also enter the comps from the other mse`s I trust
lol kipper2015 wins £4.00 not mse:(
2014 £44.00:mad:2013 £83.00 2012 £601.50
2011 £1554.50 2010 £698.00 2009 £2793.00
2008 £2816.00 2007 £1034.000 -
I scan for important bits usually, then scroll down to read others' replies if there are any. If I have a problem I go back and read it thoroughly.
Same here, i only enter comps now that i would want to win or someone i know could make use of, so a bit of both
Now you have read this kipper back you go to comp finding :rotfl:£2008 for 2008 member No.4140 -
Grrrrrr should have made it a public poll so I could see what 6 of you told me to shut up
:rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
I will openly admit I told you to shut up :rotfl: I meant it in a nice, jokey way though, only because the other options weren't suitable for me! I do something in between. If it is a post by you or others I trust and the title grabs me, I enter without really reading the post. Other times, I read the post through to check T&C or what others think. I am still quite new and still entering lots of comps, even if it doesn't neccessarily appeal to me. Maybe it would be useful for someone else in my family, or ebay!0
