The whole essence of comping is doing a lot of comps and retaining your sanity and eyesight.

At the beginning you will want to keep records. You will soon realise that its best to forget about the competitions you have entered and not won.

Focus on the one you are going to win!!!

No I don't either. Just check the thanks buttons. I use the same login and password for all of the websites I register with (in fact crack my password and you've probably got access to my whole life!!!!!).

It's great though when you just get an e-mail telling you you've won a prize for a comp you can't remember entering.

I enter far too many to keep track of. I just use the thanks button to remember which ones I have entered, alot of the time I can tell whether I have entered them or not by remembering the subject line.

Tsk! Why can't the end of the month be near to the weekend so I can get all my monthly posts on Tsk! :p
  • At the moment I'm working 2 jobs, have a crazy August (almost every member of mine and my partner's family have birthdays) and I spend as much quality time with my 3 year old daughter as poss. I don't get to enter as many comps as I'd like, which is frustrating - I certainly couldn't keep track of them!

My biggest concern is not offering enough to the forum. I'd love to be able to find a glut of competitions which have not already been posted and make a valued contribution but most days I find that I'm meeting myself coming back!

    Oh woe is me!

No way! I spend most of my day entering comps when I should be doing other things (like looking after the children) , so I definately don't have time to write them all down!!! I just rely on getting a wem, phone call or the postie bringing me a nice surprise! :D
