    Morning!

Still lots left on my list, but going to make the most of the dry weather. Will get kids coats on to wash and once they are out to dry we're going out to a park.

    So my list today is:
    • [STRIKE]Wash and hang out coats.[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Go to park[/STRIKE].
    • [STRIKE]Sit with DS for his homework[/STRIKE].
    • [STRIKE]Wipe down sofas and swiffer underneath[/STRIKE].
    • Change kids beds.
    • [STRIKE]Organise DS to tidy under his bed[/STRIKE].
    • Have a sort through the big wicker hamper in spare room.
    • [STRIKE]Ironing uniform later - as a minimum - will hopefully do the whole pile[/STRIKE].
    • [STRIKE]Change kitchen lightbulbs[/STRIKE]

    Good morning ladies.

We are nearly back to earth after the wedding. It was a lovely day, better than we had hoped it would be.

Unfortunately my health has capitulated and I have a chesty cold making me feel very under the weather.

My uncle passed away on Tuesday night. I think the funeral if on Friday. Mum has taken it better than I thought she would.

The house has remained tidy from the pre wedding frenzied flying. I'm a bit behind with the washing and ironing but that's nothing new.

I've skimmed the thread and see CY is in need of hugs.
    Valli will be missed.

I'm going to make some tea - help yourself from the pot.

Deco~# love the gardening list, that was just what I did 2 weeks ago.

Today I have noticed that the grass needs cutting again!, I have Monday off from job 2 and Monday afternoon off from job 1 so I will be able to get it done then.

    Kitchen floor done
And so far not a lot else except get my lunch ready for work.

    Have a good day

    Morning all

Mumto5 I'm glad the wedding was fab, sorry to hear of your uncle passing.

Internet patchy here atm so post's may be infrequent.

I've tidied round downstairs with kids all doing their bit. DS3 now practising cricket in the kitchen with the automatic ball dispenser, makes a change from squash in the living room!

WM on, just going to wash up and then to the shower.

Plan is for lots more gardening and some cooking. May have a bbq later as the family enjoy that and we are all her (I think)

I have only done the first two days lists, and nothing more so I am not going to bother re-posting it up lol, I will be re joining on Monday though, my kitchen is spotless, but that will change once I start cooking.

The whole house needs hovering and the bathroom needs a good scrub, OH bathed the dogs last night  so hair everywhere.

    Morning everyone,

Hope all is well in Flyland. I had the loveliest day with my BFF and her family yesterday, I only cried a little bit when they left but she text me such a lovely message soon after I was sobbing all over the place. I am so lucky to have such a special friendship.

Dispatching DH to JL in a minute to buy a dehumidifier. I have text him the two models which get good reviews and should fit the bill -- bet he buys something different.

Wet washing hanging everywhere, my laundry basket is fit to burst and I'm rapidly losing the will to live. I think I'll dry iron as much damp stuff as I can to try and move the backlog.

Off to attempt to boss DSD into cleaning out her hamster; he stinks worse than DSS :rotfl: DSD is not a morning person and I am not in the mood for backchat so I should probably tell everyone else to don their pith helmets in preparation…

Flying consists of pottering today, all went a little downhill from tuesday. Think I need to do less other non important stuff to even do my 15 mins flying next week.

Sorry to hear your news mumto5

We've been out in the sunshine and had a tramp round the park, kids are quite tired and grumpy. But my mum is here so I'll let them annoy her for a bit.

Oh, just booked tickets for the Strictly tour in January! :T:T:T seven of us going OMG how expensive are those tickets???

Nothing much else happened here so far - better get ironing board out... Oh and feed the littlies :o

Beautiful day here - have been to a car boot on the seafront and the sun was really strong and warming!

2nd load of washing just about to finish so that can go outside as the first lot is already dry.

Mumto5 - glad the wedding went so well but sorry to hear about your uncle xx

Valli - pop in if you can x

    Has anyone seen bonnie recently?

I had an unexpected email yesterday with details of a plaque commemorating my Grandfather's death in WW2. It's in a little town in Italy where he died and ............. it's in a park that's named after him! I think I have been through almost every possible emotion since reading the email and seeing the photo. Nearly 70 years later, I finally know where he died!

Going to see Dad in after the GP highlights to show him the photo.

    Hugs for all xx
