I just noticed. There's a firstnew.gif next to threads that I haven't visited. That could be handy. :D

  • Hi Guys

Have just discovered this thread and have seen how much is out there to win and have decided to give it a go (just hope I dont get addicted!):o

I was just wondering when you enter the competitions what do you do with regards to ticking the boxes regarding receiving info from either the site or "3rd parties"?? Does the fact that you select not to receive info affect your chances of winning?!

Sorry if that seems like a stupid question or is posted in the wrong place or the answer is already on here-cant see it for looking!!

    Thanks in advance
  • Hi Valleylass,

Can't help you on that one but I've wondered the same too.

    Best wishes

I always try to press the thanks button now, but it doesn't always come up as a blue icon as mentioned at the start of this thread, so I can assume that that doesn't necessarily mean that I have entered that comp. Am i right in assuming that I still need to check posts even when i have done this?
