Comps Tips - New Thead Help Needed

I have been comping now for a couple of months and still no win. I am still a bit of a skeptical as you hear of comps being scams, fixed etc..
I know this is going to sound a bit silly but when a winner is chosen, would they really choose a Mrs (unprenouncable name) with a Brixton Estate address (sorry no offence) over a Mrs Smith who lives in say, Wandsworth?
I just want to know if I have the same chance as everyone else.
Well I live in South London, and I don't have an Anglo-Saxon name but still managed to win a £25,000 kitchen makeover:D , so I think you have as good a chance as anyone on this site of winning a prize, you just have to be in it to win it!! Good Luck:j :j

I've been doing this for a while too, it's much quicker.Tightwad. And proud of it!

Is anyone out there becoming as I am concerned about the thanks button not working?
I have come across several competitions that I know I have entered such as the game ones and in particular the one where you make a wish and throw an orange, I have always used the thanks button to thank and show I have entered but now it seems that has not been recorded.
I always wait for it to disappear as sometimes it doesn't so it's not me being too fast and I don't think it's 'eggtimers' (dementia) because it's too often and would show in other things I do (I hope) so I'm just curious to know if it is happening to anyone else. Thanks and good luck.

It's a fantastic scene! (Although when it comes to comedies I do have a slightly twisted sense of humour)
If you enjoyed the likes of the wedding crashers, meet the fockers, & dodgeball, you'll enjoy anchorman, it's simillar humour.Tightwad. And proud of it!
