. Like you, I will add it when I get it, but like you I'm chuffed! Xx
Awesome! That's fantastic news! This will be a celebrity thread soon!Just had a letter today from Tax Credits. I had forgotten to renew in July (I know, I know!!!) and was not really top of my lsit to do as my youngest is 20 at the beginning of Dec but they reckoned they had overpaid us and so I filled in form and sent it back expecting a 'tough you were too late replying' letter. Well, they have written and said they are giving us just under £1000!! Chuffed is not the word! Dont think I will add that to my total for the month lol!
Samjangi, if I got a letter like that, I'd be totally unable to contain myself! Oh my word! How fantastic for you. :TMrsCautious wrote: »Don't be embarrassed, I think it's brilliant and I know I'm not the only one inspired to look harder!

Oh wow! I was just popping on here to say I won't report my finds for a while,......although it would help if I just reported once a day! I've just been a bit excited.
Please don't stop Hok3y as it is inspirational and keeps me swivel-necking :rotfl:though I don't find anythingpurple.sarah wrote: »I commented on Pick Me Up to give a reader advice on her dilemma and I've received a message saying they'd like to feature my comment in the magazine, and they'll send me a cheque for £25! You're doing great eh ! But I can see from your posts that you are really putting in the effort. Glad to see you getting rewarded for it all
I just have £ 1.00 today for a survey though I did save £ 6.95 at Mr T using tokens but that's counted in my GC totals and not on here.

Morning all!
Yesterday my gorgeous little sister (after a horrible labour ending in a c-section) gave me an absolutely beautiful niece. She is the first baby to one of my sisters and the first little girl on "my" side and I am thrilled. I can't go and see her until I get rid of this lurgy so lots of fruit and veg eating
My husband won the "guess the birth weight" so we get £11 for that which I've added and I'll be using it to go towards a welcome to the family gift.
Also adding £3 in LV (I'm going to stop knocking these off my Mr T shop and start saving them up I think).
Today is contract day for DH apparently so fingers crossed!
I'm happy with this month so far. I don't add extra earnings to this challenge because I'm a freelance writer so don't have a "set" amount coming in each month although this month I've pulled in a heck of a lot of extra work with DH being at home for much of it. It hasn't been added to the total like I said but I know I've done it.
Here's to a very profitable Friday for us all.MSE-ing since 20070 -
Fingers crossed Niki Sue

Congratulations on the new niece! I'm currently awaiting a new nephew in the next 2-3 weeks!
Feel like i'm not around alot lately, but just been so busy with work. £22 in tips yesterday. Feeling like i've made the right decision to take on second job. Got my first pay today, which i'm adding to the challenge because its going straight of debt. £88.43p to add from that. I'm doing another extra shift today so i'm hoping for an even better wage next week
