Nice letter coupon - but I would also include somewhere that this obviously means that any current outstanding parking charges be immediately cancelled and confirmed in their "non-chargeable" letter.
Edit: send also a copy by ordinay post - free certificate of posting.
UKPC's registered office is a mail drop box - with many companies using that address.
Their office address at Denham Parade is really a flat lived in by a former UKPC director (who now is a director at G24)0 -
I think I have sorted that bit about cancellation now, in the last paragraph and have changed the postage method, as you suggest.
And I changed the 'tort' sentence if that reads OK, Spacey?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Coupon, that's a fantastic letter you made in post 30 and is a great help to me in my situation.
I didn't exactly know what a "letter before claim" was, so I googled it. Anyone writing one should be aware of the following prerequisites that it must include in order for it to be valid:
adviceguide.org.uk/wales/consumer_w/consumer_taking_action_e/consumer_legal_actions_e/consumer_going_to_court_e/consumer_taking_court_action_e/step_one_write_a_letter_before_action.htm
(I'm sorry I'm not allow to post links yet. Just paste that URL into the address bar exactly as it is and the page will load)
I'm not sure that the example follows this 100%, so I think whatever version you write should be checked against that Citizen's Advice link.
Also, can anyone please tell me how many posts I need to have in order to post links?FunnyMunny for the best munny laundering services around! Get your squeaky clean notes here0
