I'm glad those things work for you. Its a big step to take. I think a step I plan to take this week is to pop to a shopping centre. I could go straight from work.0

Ive also been there, where going to a local shop was a massive big deal for me. It is a big step to take and its daunting, but hopefully in time, you'll be able to sort out what it is thats making you feel so low, take steps to move on.
At one point in my life and not so long ago I was resigned to things being the way they were.
But the alternative is staying stuck and thats not healthy. If you do need professional support to feel better, please take it, because once youve got your emotions on an even keel, the bigger things dont seem so tough and the day to day stuff is easier.
It took me a long time to get to this point and Ive had my low days even in the last year, but I had to put the effort in to make things better, if I hadnt, Id still be living like a hermit, doing nothing and seeing no one
I hope the shopping visit goes ok for you.0 -

well done missflowers! Now please dont do what many of us do and start looking for excuses not to go. Unless you're bedbound, dont let anything stop you from going and enjoying yourself!0
