Weekly for bath towels, twice weekly for the hand towels, Tea towels usually daily, sometimes more often depending on how much drying up has been done.
Bedding weekly (usually) but a week can stretch to 10 days if we cba.

We wash our towels weekly. DH and I have separate ones and hang to dry in between uses.
I change DD's cot sheets once a week or sooner if there is reason to! And I change our bed every 2 weeks. Neither of us sweat a lot in the night and never noticed the bed being smelly/dirty to be honest.
Looking at others replies makes me feel really grubby! But it's what works for us
Trying to live a good life on little money :T0 -
my DD changes my bed for me every sunday as I have a job doing it with one arm that doesn't work too well at times and bath towels every three days as I shower daily. I have three large bath towels so its one on, one off and one in the wash0

Oh my, I don't want to lower the tone but what about changing bedding after sexy time? Minimum mine gets washed is twice a week but can be more. Bath towels every 2 - 3 days, we wipe down with a clean flannel before grabbing the towel so they get washed daily as do the dishcloths and tea towels. Sofa throws are probably once a week, sometimes more.

the people who get longer than a day from the bathroom hand towels cant have a son who wipes his face on them after brushing his teeth, so toothpaste all over them, nor daughters who think they will melt if nothing but a splash of water hits their delicate face so wipe mascara off with the other hand towel hanging on the rail
i have both:D
and both old enough to know better:o
With towels it depends how many are using them.
I live alone & change mine weekly, per usage, thats more frequently than a family of 4 changing them every other day.
I change my sheets weekly too.
I only have white sheets & towels, I like to see they are clean.0
