iPad update to iOS 7.0

Um, you DID ask for it, or at least you must have changed your settings so that it will automatically do software updates. Apple do not force the update unless you have changed your settings to allow it.
Of the 4 iDevices in our house, none of them automatically updated. All required me to manually go in and download.
I have the update listed as available. I will need to charge the ipad shortly. How do I make sure it will not install till I'm ready?£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

If it is the 7.0.2 update don't press Download and Install until you want it.0
