Wow... Isn't everyone doing well??!! That's great :j:j. I was doing fine until today:
Monday was Tuna crunch sandwiches with an apple, pear, peach and a cereal bar.
On Tuesday Iwas in a meeting and at lunchtime they proceeded an amazing buffet with loads of different sandwiches and lots of fruit.I had a cereal bar too
On Wednesday I worked from home and had a quorn burger and a huge bag of toffee pop corn (knew I shouldn't have bought it!
)
Yesterday I had Philadelphia and salad with an apple peach and cereal bar. Ate all of that ...my emergency twix bar and Biscuit offered by a colleague.
Then today... Oh lord.. Well I had cheese, beetroot salad and relish in my sandwich but at lunchtime I went wandering and BOUGHT a packet of crisps :mad:not just any cheap packet.. There I was in a deli paying 75p for hand cut, artificial flavoring free ones.!!! :mad:.. And if that isn't bad enough..
Suddenly realize that I have a meeting after eating cheeses and onion crisps..:p Cue purchase of mints and a chocolate snowman bar that mysteriously fell into my bag (I didn't steal it!) So epic fail today. Lesson learnt though I will take some additional bits in and make a food draw.. Not to be repeated!!
On the plus point I can get free cabbage leaves for the rabbit of the market!0
