1 down, 17 to go .... am a bit bored of cheese sandwiches, but I'm planning on revitalising my lunches after this week, to go back to avoiding bread again and make more yummy salads & hot lunches. That, plus getting held up for over an hour by a late bus which has convinced me to sort out my bike panniers and get cycling to work again, should start to make a difference to my waistline!
