    Afternoon All,

    Great advise and what you said has came true. I gave my friend the benefit of the doubt and today the boiler failed commission test two and it now definitely needs a service. I was also advised by the person doing the commission that the problems arose from the way occupants were setting the boiler which is nonsense.

    I have told my friend to remove the boiler as I am going to get it replaced by a different provider.

    Lesson learnt and thankfully no cash exchanged.
