I wonder if you can take your cemap exam yourself (not through a mortgage company etc)? It might be worth finding out if youre interested in being a mortgage advisor.

Hope you get lots of job interviews. Life is too short to be unhappy. Well done!

No - only registered. should be getting my confirmation letter any day now & then it takes up to 4 weeks after that to get the stuff.

Loads of practice tests etc for it on ebay.

Sent you a PM earlier when you mentioned going for the job in Stockton-on Tees as its the next town over from me.

Just to give you all an update. This morning I saw an advert in my local paper for sub-contract accounts production team members. Wizzed over my CV got an email and I've been for an interview. Whirlwind or what! They are going to ring me on Monday with a decision.

I will be self-employed and can work from home or their office, it sounds ideal.... Please keep your fingers crossed for me...... I would love to get this job. It would mean complete flexibility on work hours (I am an early bird) and they pay for you to keep up to date and go on courses. It also means I will probably have time to study..

No one has contacted me from the old place so I guess the feeling is mutual.:rotfl:

Will let you all know on Monday how I get on. Like I said all keep your fingers crossed.
