Appallingly bad Tesco home delivery

We've now gone over to Ocado for home deliveries and it's been the best decision ever. We've had about 7 deliveries so far and every one has been spot on, the driver has been very pleasant, on time, no substitutions, long use by dates and I think the food tastes nicer.

We used to have Tesco's and they were a nightmare, mouldy food, not turning up, bizarre substitutions, never again !!

Yes all chilled items, but 3 bags not 2 (cannot put chicken in with other meats). And as for picker being wrong - it could quite easily have been the driver not putting that particular tray on the van. Also even though you have not complained, it has to be registered as such because the delivery was wrong. It goes on the driver record and also the picker for that tray xx
