    its ages since i posted!!
The little cafe continues to flourish, though bank holiday monday was a washout, and saturday this week- well peed it down heavy all day, 2 customers all day!! sunday made up for it thankfully, as the sun made an appearance, and had a brilliant busy day..
ive bought rustic benches, a gazebo, loads of bark chippings, and hubby has created a little seating area.. we have had loads of positive feedback, and lovely comments and recomendations on the cafe facebook page..
the challenge is the weather, i will need to stash a little of each weeks takings to cover winter, and adverse weather that means i cant open...
Back to the mortgage, interest for April was £448.88, daily £14.96, which left a balance of £189,348.88
the mortgage stands at a nice round £188,000 as of today, paid £1348.88 this month so far.
current official end date of mortgage= 2037-aiming for 1st March 2029. mortgage balance start of challenge- 25/11/2016 £245,695 mortgage balance 17/12/25 - £93,000
2026 challenge- get mortgage balance to £65,000 by new years eve 2026.
