Well, my second weekend was amazing! Friday was steady as first friday opening, saturday was up and down, but took 3 times more than last week, Sunday- well all i can say is wow! i never stopped serving, sold out of food by 15 minutes to closing, then carried on with drinks/icecreams, took triple what i took last week at least!
everyone that came in were so positive, saying it was just what they needed, that they would be back, and would spread the word that we were there, i feel 100 times better now i know ive made a wise decision with my venture..
heres to a long hot summer! im opening May bank holiday monday, so hopefully wont be a wet one.. i need to get as much as i can in the summer, as winters can be bad here, and i will only be open at weekends, sometimes if snow i wont be able to do that ..
Once im established, im going to look for another stream of income that i can do on quiet days, and winter etc..

its ages since i posted!!
The little cafe continues to flourish, though bank holiday monday was a washout, and saturday this week- well peed it down heavy all day, 2 customers all day!! sunday made up for it thankfully, as the sun made an appearance, and had a brilliant busy day..
ive bought rustic benches, a gazebo, loads of bark chippings, and hubby has created a little seating area.. we have had loads of positive feedback, and lovely comments and recomendations on the cafe facebook page..
the challenge is the weather, i will need to stash a little of each weeks takings to cover winter, and adverse weather that means i cant open...
