You mean this Michael Tellinger?
Court sees red over UFO guru's crusade

The one who believes that humanity was created as slaves by aliens and that there was once a highly advanced civilisation that used to inhabit Southern Africa who were in possession of perpetual energy devices? I suppose it makes a change from shape-shifting lizards.:rotfl:0 -

2-3 year old news children. Pardon the pun there.

Investec Directors are now up for Criminal Proceedings, as are Sean Fitzpatrick, Goodwin, and a host of other Bankers.0 -
One poor blind victim on 118 had this to say......
I have paid the £500 for the second stage legal fees (plus the initial £180) I thought the £500 was required to show that one was supporting the next stage of the legal action and to give us access to the ‘private’ forum. From the private forum it appears that most have not paid up to the second part of the BOI legal fund (or is it that they have access to the forum because they are paid up members of the WB group?) and now Justin’s latest post suggests the amount to be paid to start the legal action is not known. I am assuming my £500 is safe and will either be used as my contribution or returned if the legal group does not get off the ground? Apologies but am not sure really who to direct my query to?
Cheryl Larkin you are being conned.0 -

Read Justin Seligs post above that one which will explain what is actually going on many have paid the extra, as you have no access to secure forum you are speculating with the wrong info0 -
Antrobus - some of your points are correct yes.
The Freemans have BoS banged against the wall on A Banking Code breach because the Judge they are up against, as with all of them protecting the Banks, will rule the POA has no credence and it is not a POA in the true sense of the word. Lies basically. He also Ordered that the fact Commercial Banks create Money out of thin air was without merit. Fraud upon the Court Lies and corruption as we are seeing globally in every jurisdiction when POA's are clear as day in in the T and C's. More and more pressure is being put on these Administrators to do their job properly with exposure in the public domain.0 -

This is all happening in south Africa the most corrupt country in the world today, where the Judges family's lives would be at risk if he does not comply.
END OF STORY!!0 -
Rate I really hope for your sake you win mate, I really do.
Your demagogue has very close links to the Banks being a so-called founding Father of the NACFB. How close I wonder?
Michael Le Vell (Kevin Webster to most people programmed by TV) ran a similar marketing scheme - Ratio Money, people paid tens of thousands on false hope ref prescribed breaches of the Consumer Credit Act, needless to say where that ended up, winnings in his pocket and bust.0 -
What an interesting discussion. I am a Skipton mortgage holder and came across Mark Alexander's various posts on facebook which led me to P118 and other forums and somehow ended up here.
When I bobbed along to the Property 118 place and the first post I saw was for a BOI class action.

Then there was the post for the Skipton action citing the "successful campaign" of West Bromwich MC ....
On the back of organising a successful campaign which raised over £450,000 to mount a legal challenge against the West Bromwich Mortgage Company (whose borrowers are affected by a similar issue) Property118.com has sought Counsels opinion on the conduct of Skipton Building Society. Counsel is so confident that he can get the Skipton’s decision reversed if the matter goes to Court that he is willing to work on a “no-win-no-fee” basis to achieve this. His objective will be to get the terms enforced and claim compensation backdated to the date of the increase. However, this will be subject to recruiting borrowers with a minimum combined total of 500 affected mortgage accounts.
To incentivise early adopters the fee to cover administration and marketing fee will be set intentionally at a low level. Once the Countdown period begins the administration fee will increase to £600 per affected mortgage account. Therefore, if you are affected you are advised to get in quickly and support the campaign by encouraging other affected borrowers to join too.
The entire funding model for this legal action is geared to attract and reward early adopters and to give them an incentive to promote awareness of the legal action.
Then there were about 5 posts for Mortgage Express ....
If you are affected by this you may be able to issue an injunction to prevent Mortgage Express appointing LPA Receivers, or to get the LPA receivership appointment stopped or suspended. Mortgage Express would then have to prove to a judge they had grounds to appoint an LPA Receiver as opposed to you having to prove they have no grounds. Given the research work I have already done on other cases I can organise that action, via a Direct Access Barrister, for a flat fee of £2,500 plus VAT.
The first step though is an initial investigation into your circumstances. I will be pleased to review correspondence you have received from Mortgage Express for a fixed fee of £395 inclusive of VAT, and in complete confidence of course. To instruct me you will need to complete the short form at the foot of this article and make payment of my fee, either by credit/debit card or via PayPal. I will then send you an email which you can reply to with scanned images of the recent communications you have received from Mortgage Express. I will respond with a full and frank opinion within four working days of receipt of your papers and if I consider it to be appropriate I will refer you to a Barrister-At-Law to organise an injunction on the basis described above. My fee of £395 is inclusive of reading documents, replying to you in writing via email, up to 30 minutes of telephone conversations with you and or your existing professional advisers and referring my recommendations and your papers to Counsel for further consideration and action. A receipt will be provided on for payment and a VAT receipt will also be made available on request if you require one.
And of course the one about West Bromwich class action.
So Property 118 site is a massive lead generator for Cotswold Barristers as each leads to that company.
I don't see anything wrong in that. Can you explain why you do Lewis Ranieri? It seems quite transparant to me that is the case.
I would like to join the Skipton action but I am a bit worried that with so many other campaigns running it might not get the full attention needed as the BOI campaign already seems to be floundering. I don't know much about these things but if one fails, then will they all fail?
Could the kind people on MSE advise me whether to join the Skipton class action as I am worried about having to pay more money when I am already struggling with the mortgage as it is.
Should I await the outcome of the WBMC case before deciding? How long might I have to wait for that? But if I do that I will miss the "early bird" discount sign up fee. Sorry for all the questions but its all very worrying and confusing
The regulars on here seem like a nice bunch so I would appreciate your independent view.0 -
