Mark,
I have not used the POA yet in my respective claims, so you are way off track with that one.
You skirt around the issues and never answer questions. Far from being broken my friend and far from being delusional, I see straight through you.
You can't even answer the question as to whether Mortgagors have a Contract or an Agreement, let alone know the first point about Contract Law.0 -

Seriously??? there are 47 people who are as sad as us that they are still watching this forum at 2am... GO TO BED EVERYONE.. this argument is going nowhere.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
I am also not undermining your cause so do not pull that one, far from it. I'm exposing you for blatant covering up of the FACTS in leaving the back door wide open for WBMC to bolt out of.
Far from sabotaging your case, I'm exposing your shortcomings to Mortgagors so they can do something about you before it's too late.
Libel your way out of that one, give it your best shot.0 -

Listen you idiot... i have said again and again,, i have no idea about POA .. and whether it is a contract or an agreement i have no idea, and my knowledge of contract law i have to confess is limited but to be fair, i am a plasterer.:T:T:T:T:T:T0 -
you are many things Alexander, plasterer is not something I would describe you as, they earn a decent living through genuine means.0

Is this property 118 argument still going on, I just wish it would go back to that website. That way greedy landlords can pat each other in new ways of getting greedier and how to fleece tenants.
This site is to help decent people save money not encourage people into doomed lawsuits because they can't be bothered to read T&Cs costing them thousands.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

your case is re the rate hike, mine has nothing to do with it0

Brit - forgive me - but knocking a bank out for unscrupulous behaviour as 118 Mortgagors appear to be doing helps everyone, including your rental payments being lower. The Bank has raised rates on the 118 Mortgagors by hood winking, deception and deceit. No matter how much I harangue with Mark, I hope he wins for all of us.
Banks are greedy, Landlords in the main are genuine hard working people no doubt like you.0 -
