Guys, I know you want to keep as open a forum as possible but you need to keep control of it too. If someone breaks the rules by libellous accusations against named individuals they also break the law. It's your forum and if you don't do anything about it yourselves then it disintegrates into anarchy as is happening here now. So please take control and don't give the madman a platform for venting his anger at people who have not sought his company.

Not need to be patronising. At least this is an open forum. Where all are welcome. Views are discussed and debated. You've no doubt debated this topic to death previously hence your transition onto to MSE.
  • Mark,

back to basic counting again. Views of this thread are 7743 not 3. If you keep counting another 7740 you will get there.

As you can count to 3, how about 3 simple questions for the new viewers?

    1. How has the POA contained in WBMC T and C's been used to hike rates?

    2. What do you understand by POA?

    3. Why have you omitted the very fact that allows the Bank to hike rates out of your Claim?

Sometimes when an unprovoked attack comes your way you need to stand your ground. This guy has quite openly set out to destroy something that a lot of people have worked very hard for. No one provoked him and no one invited him. Evidence is all there in the thread.

And your aim of joining MSE is? Certainly not to make a positive contribution and help others. As this is the Mortgages and Endowments board. Not a legal one.

Don't throw stones if you live in a glass house is how I would sum it up.

I genuinely did not intend to come over as patronising in my response and I only ever engaged with Lewis on MSE. He tried to sabotage the P118 forum but was banned quickly as you know so he came here. Are you really suggesting that anyone who advocates breaking the law is welcome on here? I'm sorry, I certainly don't want to pick a fight with you too. I appreciate that you're only trying to be sensible.

Let me answer once again because you are clearly not understanding.

    1. I have no idea how the POA contained in WBMC T and C's have been used to hike rates.

    2. I do not understand POA

    3. Sorry but i don't understand the 3rd point.

    Is that clear??
  • Mark,

for someone who ran a mortgage advice business (albeit shut down now) I find it incredible you can profess to be taking hundreds of thousand of pounds off unsuspecting distressed Mortgagors and be so blatant as to say you know nothing about the most important term in any Mortgage Condition. Horrendous, and that amounts to negligence. Exactly the same behaviour that Conveyancing Solicitors are currently being sued for - not informing Mortgagors about the Power of Attorney Clause in their Mortgage Conditions when they sign.

Lewis Ranieri, aka Stephen King, aka Stephen Night, etc by his own admission has set out to destroy something that I and others have put a lot of effort into. He has chosen this website and this board to do it. I'm merely defending myself by putting up a robust challenge to his efforts. I'll be very happy to go away as soon as the administrators of this website deny him the tools he uses for his attacks.

By the way the 7743 view are made up almost entirely of you and me. That is not 7743 people who have seen this. You never cease to surprise me.

i'm sorry Stephen but you are an idiot.. I don't know who you think i am but I have never run a mortgage advice centre etc.

I do admit that I know nothing about power of attorney, banking, or the law.

    Bit like youself... fool

Hi Stephen, the next 'new' person you talk to could be me. I hope you don't get to angry at me next time. I'll want to find out more about POA, and you too, of course. What drives you, what motivates you, what makes a looser (a big one by his own admission) believe he can convert others to his dreamt up cause? I hope you don't spot me too quickly and get all angry again and stop talking to me all too soon. :)
