Is all this fuss about a few BTL landlords looking at having to take a bit of a hit on their profits?
No, i don't mind the "all landlords are parasites" brigade because generally they make some good points and it is their opinion and they are welcome to it.
This guy however is a deluded fantasist who is deliberately and maliciously libelling people. Not just on this site but on as many sites as he can find.0 -

Hi Bantex, still hating all landlords? You never answered my question on the other thread if you wanted the bankers to win this one? Or do you just hate everyone who makes a profit equally?0 -

Nothing wrong with making a profit. As I said before, buiding houses and renting them out brilliant. Outbidding possible homeowners to line ones own pocket is a different matter and just destroys decent comminities.0 -
Dean,
I will respond to your technical questions only. My personal circumstances are personal and irrelevant and do not affect the Case against West Brom. I will not be drawn into meaningless conversations with Toilet/Mike/etc all Mark Alexander and/or his cloned sheep.
Toilet - [Text removed by MSE Forum Team]and P118 are being challenged only on sites as they are posting to bring in people to their class action for their own gain.
If/when [Text removed by MSE Forum Team]loses because he didn't attack the POA , how many sheep will join the next class action based on his track record of one huge step for the Banks, one small step for 118 and one quick step march to pocket the winnings to the Local Branch of Smith and Alexander.
[Text removed by MSE Forum Team] has to start all the actions together to hoover up as much "expenses" money as possible, rather than wait to win the first case and then use that as proof of concept. He has won diddly so far.0 -

Stevie boy, you have been publicly discreditted. You know nothing about contract law you are in no position to advise any one.
Surely no-one is going to try and engage you in rational debate.0 -

This is our personal campaign and irrelevant to you
I see a lot of your posts are getting edited by the site moderators0 -
For all of you wanting to learn more about POA, visit Property Tribes. Like MSE they run an honest Forum and are interested in allowing the truth to come to light through respectful, technical and detailed information. Childish behaviour as we see on this thread is not tolerated. Will answer your Technical points shortly Dean as you appear to be asking the right questions in areas that matter in relation to T and C's.
All [Text removed by MSE Forum Team] is doing is trying to discredit the me with childish remarks.0 -

It's your posts that have been moderated for your abuse of forum rules.0 -

I noticed you never commented on the example I gave on the other thread about a family that live in one of my places. They couldn't get a council flat or a mortgage (at any price). Their ONLY alternatives were living in cramped conditions with family, homelessness or private rented accommodation. They moved in to my place when she was pregnant with their first baby and now have two daughters. The eldest is in a primary school over the road. They've been in the flat for over five years. They love it and have a good network of family and friends close by.
I have other good personal examples where as a private landlord I provide real life alternatives to people that wouldn't have those otherwise. Yes I make money in the process but so does a bus driver for the work he does. I don't suppose you think about a family like the one I describe above when you go private landlord bashing? That would be too inconvenient for you?0 -
This campaign of yours Rate Hike is not personal and irrelevant to me. When your clown of a demagogue allows an own goal in the Mortgagors net through his arrogance and greed, it will have a huge negative impact on all SVR Mortgagors in particular. You have absolutely no comprehension of the ramifications and enormity of the impact this case will have against innocent Mortgagors.
I am exposing the gaping hole in the Case, the back door has been left for the Bank to escape. Neither the Plaintiff or Respondent need to discuss this in the Case (POA) for the Bank to use it. It has to be brought to the Administrators' (Judge to those unaware) attention for it to have any impact for the Mortgagors. So why, if I'm on the side of the Bank or have any other motive would I provide this information?
Get this in front of a Jury of 12 and see what they think of what Power of Attorney allows the Bank to do. Then you will have the whole lot fall into the camp of the Mortgagors.
Investec paid back £28 Billion to Mortgagors in South Africa.
The reason you all went to Smithy and Co is because you can't run a Case on your own. So until you can Rate Hike, I suggest you stick to the Facts as that will expose your lack of comprehension of matters Legal - or Lawful for that matter.0
