Lewis you keep saying that everything your side is irrelevant but when we say the same about us you can not accept it WHY ???
  • Mike - stories are irrelevant to this thread, keep it Technical
  • Dean, I will get to you shortly, apologies, I will ignore the spurious posts going forward, they needed answering once and once only.
  • meaningless conversations with Toilet/Mike/etc

I knew it would only be a matter of time before you got angry at me too Stephen. Is it because I asked you questions that you didn't want to answer?

Simple questions - like what's your motivation behind attacking Property118? And what's in this for you?

I am more and more curious now. What are you hiding from us all?

This campaign of yours Rate Hike is not personal and irrelevant to me. When your clown of a demagogue allows an own goal in the Mortgagors net through his arrogance and greed, it will have a huge negative impact on all SVR Mortgagors in particular. You have absolutely no comprehension of the ramifications and enormity of the impact this case will have against innocent Mortgagors.

I am exposing the gaping hole in the Case, the back door has been left for the Bank to escape. Neither the Plaintiff or Respondent need to discuss this in the Case (POA) for the Bank to use it. It has to be brought to the Administrators' (Judge to those unaware) attention for it to have any impact for the Mortgagors. So why, if I'm on the side of the Bank or have any other motive would I provide this information?

Get this in front of a Jury of 12 and see what they think of what Power of Attorney allows the Bank to do. Then you will have the whole lot fall into the camp of the Mortgagors.

Investec paid back £28 Billion to Mortgagors in South Africa.

The reason you all went to Smithy and Co is because you can't run a Case on your own. So until you can Rate Hike, I suggest you stick to the Facts as that will expose your lack of comprehension of matters Legal - or Lawful for that matter.

I'm a carpenter I know hardly a thing about the Law thats why I pay for those that do, and I would not take advice of someone that's about as qualified as a toilet cleaner
  • Toilet/Alexander - £250 so far. Shepherd comes to mind.

Miriam Freeman vs Bank of Scotland (Ireland) full trial on Securitisation off the back of the POA - read it - 56 times FIFTY SIX times in/out of COURT, Mortgagors if you think you are just going to spend £250 then think again. You think it's just in and hey presto? One hit? Think again all of you. Ka ching ka ching expenses for Alexander and a lovely earner for Smithy at no risk to them!

How do I know so much about cases globally you ask? I'm in contact with them that is why.

Paying Readers - Alexander has you like the Pied Piper, wake up!

Didn't realise you were in charge, although you obviously believe you are. King Stephen?
  • Mike - I said keep it Technical, quit the goading and childish remarks they really are boring. Unless you have a Technical question related to T and C's your further nonsense will be ignored and your words are your own. Anger? Far too intelligent for that so please give it a rest.
  • Dean - am working on your answers now, cheers for patience, L
