There is an excellent thread on Property Tribes in relation To the West Brom Building Soc tracker hike. The thread has not been manipulated by [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM].


There are useful documents and a Bank of Ireland Securitisation Prospectus posted there, showing exactly how Banks use the POA to their advantage. Far from the fluffy stuff on 99% of forums, this is the reality of the matter, securitised Loan Notes.

The ridiculous thing about this whole situation is that Mark Alexander, if he was being absolutely transparent, would have an incredible opportunity to smash open what the Banks have been doing to all distressed Mortgagors. For your efforts in actually driving a representative action, you have to be congratulated Mark, no doubting that.


My question is why are you leaving the absolute fundamental golden bullet out of your Claim? Why are you not tackling the POA?


If you are genuine, and your interests are fro the Mortgagors you will respond in an open and civilised manner. Your conduct so far has been nothing but reprehensible with regards to my open questioning and your threats and mockery.


Have you shown your Claimants the Prospectus from West Brom showing the various tranches their Mortgages have been Securitised under as a result of the POA?


Has any one single Mortgagor had sight of a single document sold by West Brom that they have signed? Doubt it.
