Lewis, I'll probably regret asking this but I'm having real difficulty understanding where you're coming from. Please tell us more about yourself. Did your own terrible financial losses have anything to do with POA? Is that why you're on this crusade?0

Answer the Questions Mark Alexander.
1. Why is the POA not relevant?
2. What in your opinion is the POA and what does it entitle the Bank to do on behalf of Mortgagors?
3. Does the POA enable the Bank to hike Rates? Yes or No?0 -
Mike,
asking 3 questions is not a crusade.
The whole banking sector is built on the powers donated to Banks by the "Borrower" donating POA.
If you need to ask such basic questions may I suggest you watch Four Horsemen - Feature Documentary to see the results of what Bankers have achieved with it.0 -
rate hike - nonsense, am sure the readers are finding this laughable that you and [Text removed by MSE Forum Team] are one and the same thing and have not answered a single question.0

...... and maybe I'm you as well and have been arguing with myself all day LOL
I have no idea who rate hike is0 -
But Lewis you're not being honest and open are you? It's not just 3 questions, is it? And you still haven't given me one straight answer, have you? It like talking to a robot. I ask a simple question. You say something but there is no connection whatsoever between the two. If you don't want to share your own story than just say.0

My story is irrelevant.
Alexander answer the questions instead of skirting the issue with drivel and nonsense replies. You are exposing yourself in each and every none response and trust in you will, as we are seeing on other sites start to drain away.0 -

I'm not [Text removed by MSE Forum Team] or Neil before you jump to that conclusion,0
